1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the ANGEL GIVEAWAY platform (“Platform”), a private, subscriber-based Telegram community operated for the purpose of providing daily financial giveaways, startup grants, donation support, and other charitable or empowerment initiatives (“Programs”) to eligible individuals in Nigeria.

ANGEL GIVEAWAY is neither a registered charity organization nor a technology platform. It operates as a private community initiative aimed at providing peer-supported financial empowerment opportunities for eligible Nigerians.

By subscribing, donating, participating, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Term and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

– Be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident;
– Be at least 16 years of age;
– Possess a valid phone number and a verifiable Nigerian bank account or digital wallet for receiving disbursements.

ANGEL GIVEAWAY reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

– Daily Access: ₦100 per day.
– Monthly VIP Access: ₦l,500 per month.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of participation level or outcome. Access is granted only for the duration of the subscription.

4. GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION

– Only active, paid subscribers are eligible to participate in daily giveaways.
– Each subscription qualifies the subscriber for entry on the applicable day.
– Beneficiaries are selected either randomly or by merit-based voting, depending on the structure of the day’s giveaway.
– Participation does not guarantee selection or grant disbursement.
– ANGEL GIVEAWAY’s decision regarding beneficiary selection is final and binding.

5. GRANTS & DISBURSEMENTS

– Beneficiaries of any Program will be announced via the official Telegram channel.
– Disbursements shall be made within Seven (7) days of confirmation, provided the beneficiary meets all verification requirements.
– Beneficiaries may be required to provide a photograph, short video, or other proof of identity for documentation and transparency.
– Beneficiaries are responsible for covering the delivery cost of gift items received from Angels, unless otherwise covered by the Angel.
– Angels may at their discretion, choose to pay for the delivery of the gift to the beneficiary.
– ANGEL GIVEAWAY reserves the right to withhold disbursement in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms and conditions.

6. INTERVENTION & SUPPORT CASES

–  Support and intervention-based cases are reviewed and selected based on urgency, need, and verified authenticity.
– ANGEL GIVEAWAY may, at its sole discretion, initiate public voting for certain cases.
– Priority shall be given to emergency and life-threatening cases.
– A standard transaction fee of 3% applies to all donations to cover processing and platform-related costs.

7. CHARGES

– A standard transaction fee of 3% applies on all donations.
– A beneficiary pays for the delivery cost for gift items from an Angel.
– An Angel can pay for the delivery cost of the gift to a beneficiary (optional)

8. REFERRAL PROGRAM

– Subscribers may earn free entries through the successful referral of new, verified participants.
– Any form of manipulation, including creation of fake accounts or self-referrals, shall result in immediate disqualification and possible account ban.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT

– No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks;
– No spamming, solicitation, or posting misleading content;
– No threatening, abusive, or manipulative behavior.

Violation of this Code may result in the suspension or permanent removal from the Platform without refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

– ANGEL GIVEAWAY shall not be liable for technical disruptions, third-party platform outages, or errors in payment processing beyond its control.
– Participation in any Program is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
– ANGEL GIVEAWAY makes no guarantee of grant selection or financial benefit and bears no liability for unmet expectations.

11. AMENDMENTS

These Terms may be updated or revised at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued participation in the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
